Yes friends, these very words will ring through the halls of of the Coconino Center for the Arts auditorium Saturday evening for not one, oh no, but 2 shows!

Join us at 6:30pm and 7:45pm for two full shows, with Pretty Boy Basil and our fire performers bringing warmth to the cold Flagstaff nights in between shows (outside of course). We could type more, but the Center for the Arts wrote it up far far better. Read On or just visit the event page!

“Based completely on volunteer time, the performers practice their craft for the sheer love of doing it and also to bring an show to the town that was totally original and where people could come to cut loose, laugh, cry, dance and share the love with the rest of the community! The Bacchus Family Band is a group of talented multi-instrumentalists who love taking inspiration from all different kinds of sources, in order to create unique and varied sounds for a wide range of different acts.

Doing shows out of backyards originally, Circus has changed and grown enormously over the years to a troupe of more than 25 members, including a 9 piece band! Expect to see them in 2012 at the Coconino County Fair, Hulaballoo, Firefly, Pride in the Pines, The Holiday Lights Parade, every First Friday Electric Kingdom at the Green Rooms, and then everywhere in between!

Flagstaff Cultural Partners and the Artists’ Coalition of Flagstaff are excited to present the 10th Annual Recycled Art Exhibition with a free opening reception held on April 7, 2012 from 6:00-9:00pm. Bring the entire family for an evening of art, food, and a live circus act!

In the Center’s theater, performances will take place throughout the evening. The feature entertainment will be provided by Flagstaff’s premier circus troupe, Circus Bacchus. They will be playing music on instruments made from recycled materials and wearing costumes all made from recycled materials. There will be trapeze, fire dancing, stilt walking, hula hooping, a strong man and more! The full Circus Bacchus band will fill the gallery with their funky tunes!
